Southward Ho Country Club Dress Code

The Golf Course Dress Code is as follows:

    *  Appropriate golf clothing is required.
    *  Shorts of Bermuda length only will be permitted.  Cut-offs, short shorts, and
            bathing attire are not permitted. Cargo shorts are not permitted.
    *  The Golf Professional, his assistants, or the Starter shall call to the attention
            of any Member, his/her child, or guest, any violation of the dress code.  Any
            violation this is not corrected immediately shall be reported to the Golf Committee.
    *  Spikeless shoes are required.
    *  Short sleeve mock turtleneck shirts are not permitted.
    *  Any question regarding what may or may not be appropriate may be directed
            to the Pro Shop for clarification.

Clubhouse/Dining Dress Code

        Trophy Room & Lounge
        Jacket and collared shirt required after 6:00 p.m.
        on Fridays and Saturdays.  Thursdays and Sundays
        after 6:00 p.m. is business casual.

        Windmill Grill
        Proper attire for wear on the golf course or tennis courts
        is acceptable at all times.
 

Tennis Dress Code

        Players and their guests are required to wear proper tennis attire at all times. 
        Proper tennis attire means:

  1. All men’s shirts must have a collar.  No sleeveless shirts are permitted.  Junior members 18 & under are permitted to wear tennis tee shirts. 
  2. No gym shorts, running shorts, or bathing attire permitted on courts.
  3. Appropriate flat soled tennis shoes are required for Har Tru courts. 

 Any questions regarding rules and the dress code should be directed to the Tennis Director or the tennis chairman.
